Here's just a taste of what's been going on at our house this summer....
We've eaten LOTS of corn on the cob!
We've gotten rid of the last high chair and moved on to the big boy booster seat!
And, we now have dualing froggy potties! Will's already had quite a bit of success on the potty....and when he is successful, he runs around the house for the next 1o minutes yelling "Yea tee tee!"!
We had a great time celebrating Will's second birthday! On his actual birthday, Thursday, we met up with some of our Lewisburg friends at an ice cream shop/playground called "The Purple Cow". If any of you have seen Will recently, you know how much he loves ice cream and playgrounds! It was a great afternoon....
After ice cream and playing, we came back to the house where Allie helped Will open a few presents. Allie is great at opening presents!!!
A couple of days after Will's birthday, we headed down to Atlanta with plans to have a big Blues Clues birthday bash with friends and family!
We managed to squeeze in a little face painting for Allie....
And, of course, we found some time for a little swimming with Daddy...
....and a Blues Clues cake!

Then, time for presents!!! (Thank goodness Allie had a few of her own to open too!)
And Will even found time to check out a sweet little girl (who I sure will one day be his first love!), Ms. Vivienne! She didn't want ANY of his kisses!

Happy Birthday to our little man! I can't believe you're already two!
As a new stay-at-home mom (which I swore I would never be!), I was determined to document every moment of Allie's life. Not just for me, but for her as well. And then, we happily learned that Allie would have a little brother, Will, and my job of documenting their lives became even more important. I hope that one day Allie and Will are able to look back at this and laugh with as much joy as they bring to us every day.
