Our fancy new playground....

For those of you that haven't had a chance to see it yet....here it is! The finished product.....a gigantic playset with 4 inches of fancy rubber mulch and rubber borders! It's a beauty, isn't it???!!!





They both love it, of course. And even our little man has mastered climbing the ladder and sliding down all on his own!

Allie's 3rd birthday!

Can you believe our big girl is already 3???!!! Allie had a great birthday this year....and it wasn't just a day, she celebrated for almost a week!

It all started with a great day at school on her actual birthday...and of course, she had a very special princess birthday shirt to wear!


After nap, Allie got to open some presents that she received in the mail from Grandma/PawPaw, Granny/Honey/Chris, and Auntie; and she got to open a few special birthday cards too!

Will even got a present too....and she just had to help him open it!




After opening a few presents, we took Allie to a local, old-fashioned ice cream shop for some ice cream with some of her new Pennsylvania friends. She really liked the strawberry ice cream!





Will liked it too!



Saturday was the day of the big DORA birthday party! We had been having really cold, rainy weather the weeks prior to the birthday party, so we were worried about having a party in the park, but we were lucky enough to end up with an absolutely beautiful day for a celebration with all of Allie's friends!

And, in case you were wondering, Will enjoyed some cake too!



After a great party, we came home for a long nap, and then got busy opening MORE presents!




It was truly a FANTASTIC 3rd birthday.....
