Baby Ballet...I finally got to watch!

Each week, the doors to the ballet studio are closed during class....as you can imagine, this is the only way that the instructor can keep five 3-4 year old girls focused for 45 minutes! After a couple of months of ballet, Ms. Christine opened the studio doors this week so that the Mommys could take pictures, videos, and see the progress that our girls have made over the past few months. We finally got a peak behind those big wooden doors....and this is what we saw.

This is quite a log video (just under 18 minutes), and only the grandparents are required to watch it all! But hey....I think I did pretty good cutting 45 minutes of video down to under 18 minutes! It was all just too cute....


Not sure when we'll get to watch again, but Allie asked me this morning "When do the Daddys get to watch ballet?", so next time the doors are open, we'll have to get David there too....

Halloween!

We had a fantastic 3 1/2 week trip to Atlanta in October....which included Halloween!

We had a great time celebrating the fall during our trip. We went to the Halloween carnival at our neighborhood elementary school....the kids couldn't get enough of the bouncy house!







We also had a fantastic morning at our favorite Pumpkin Patch!

And finally, we topped it all off with a great night of trick-or-treating in our lovely neighborhood. Our little dragon and superhero had a fantastic time!

Lots of fun stuff!

As usual, I feel like I can't seem to keep this blog updated with all that is going on in our busy world. So, in an effort to catch everyone up to speed quickly....here's a summary of all the fun we've been having the last few weeks!

Helping Mommy with laundry is always fun.....




And starting Baby Ballet is fun! Allie LOVES ballet....maybe even more than gymnastics!



Getting a big girl bicycle is especially FUN!










Going to Disney Princesses on Ice with Mommy is also tons of fun....






As you can see, we are busy! But, it's all FUN!
